REIWA welcomes the McGowan Government’s announcement to allow the number of people who can attend a home open to be increased from two people (including the agent) to a maximum of 10 people.

Open homes and auctions can be conducted with a maximum of 20 people at one time, as long as the 1.5 metre social distancing rules are observed.
• Also, you keep contact information for all participants and staff for 56 days for contact tracing purposes.

Open homes and auctions can be conducted with a maximum of 20 people at one time, as long as the 1.5 metre social distancing rules are observed.
• Also, for every person who attends an inspection and stays longer than 15 minutes the following applies:
Request their first name and contact phone number; record the date and time they attended; keep a record of these details for 28 days.

* Ensure people with any symptoms of illness do not attend a property
