New South Wales

REIWA welcomes the McGowan Government’s announcement to allow the number of people who can attend a home open to be increased from two people (including the agent) to a maximum of 10 people.

Queensland

From Saturday 16 May, open homes and auctions with a maximum of 10 people at one time.

Tasmania

From Monday 18 May, gatherings increase to 10 people (except visitors to households, which is capped at 5 people) for indoor and outdoor, including real estate.

Victoria
The following information was provided by the "Daniel Andrews, Premiere Victoria", dated Wednesday 13 May 2020
From today (13th May), ten people will be allowed to attend an open house inspection plus the minimum number of people reasonably required to facilitate the inspection.
The same rule will apply to real estate auctions.
Agents will be required to keep records of names and contact details of each person to help with contact tracing if it's required.

South Australia

* Use digital platforms where possible to remove physical contact.
* maintain physical distancing of greater than 1.5m between people
* making hand sanitiser available
* ensuring clients do not touch surfaces
* cleaning the property before and after inspection
* Ensure people with any symptoms of illness do not attend a property
